Worked examples using the EpiAware packages together.

Tutorials that use the packages together — building a small joint model from composable parts — are on the way. They are not ready yet; we would rather publish a few good end-to-end examples than a long list of stubs.

In the meantime:

• Each package’s own documentation includes worked examples. Browse them in the documentation viewer — CensoredDistributions.jl has the most complete set, including fitting delay distributions with Turing.jl.
• The Bayesian Workflow book and a workflow for infectious disease modelling give the modelling approach these tools are designed to support.
