How people are using EpiAware and the tools it builds on.

A gallery of real use cases — analyses, models, and responses built with EpiAware and its predecessors. It is just getting started, so it currently points to the work the ecosystem grows out of. If you have used the tools, we would like to feature it — see adding your work below.

From the wider ecosystem

While the Julia packages mature, these show the kind of work EpiAware is built for:

  • Real-time outbreak analysis with EpiNow2 and epinowcast, used by academics and public health teams internationally to estimate reproduction numbers, growth rates, and nowcasts from delayed, right-truncated data.
  • A workflow for infectious disease modellingseabbs/a-workflow-for-infectious-disease-modelling, the modelling approach the ecosystem is designed to support.
  • Forecasting and evaluation with scoringutils for scoring probabilistic forecasts.
